After
researching the effects of freezing urine by
some major companies and some extensive
testing of our own, it is our opinion that
urine that is frozen and thawed twice has no
ill effects on the quality of the scent. We
did see some separation of the urine during
the thawing process but once it was shaken
up, the compounds mixed back properly and
stayed that nice golden color.
Mike's Magic
Frozen Scents allows you to purchase and
store your favorite attractant early. This
saves you money as the product is a little
cheaper frozen and it ensures that you will
have plenty of product once the season
begins. Remember, because Mike's Magic is
real urine from real deer, the quantities
are limited to how much urine can be safely
and ethically collected from the whitetail
herd. It is still a one deer per bottle
process but is then immediately frozen, in
the bottle, and stored at well below
freezing until shipped to you.
Once you receive
your product in the mail, it will have
thawed. Immediately place
it back in the freezer, leaving it in the
box. Then, when you are ready to use it,
allow it to thaw overnight at room
temperature (never microwave or artificially
warm or heat the product) and it will be
ready to go when you are!
